How do I make a reservation?

Simply visit our Book A Party page.

What happens once I’ve submitted my reservation form?

Sit back and relax. We will email and/or call within 1 business day of receiving your submission to discuss further details and reserve your party. 

Do you require a deposit when booking an event?

Yes, your deposit is 50% of your total and is due within 72-hrs of submitting your reservation.

Are deposits refundable?

Yes, deposits 100% refundable within 48-hours of booking (if your event is more than a week out), and deposits are 50% refundable after the initial 48-hours (up to the week prior to your event) of booking.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Venmo or Zelle. 

What areas do you service to?

We currently service all of Orange County. Please note our travel fees are as follows:

  • 20+ miles: $50
  • 30+ miles: $75
  • 40+ miles: $100
  • 50+ miles: TBD
  • What ages are appropriate?

    We have packages for ALL ages. Please see each package for age description.

    What time will my party host arrive?

    Your party host will arrive 30 minutes ahead of the start time to introduce themselves and set up.

    Is the paint used washable?

    Yes, we use washable, non-toxic tempera paints for all our paintable projects. If the paint is washed immediately with soap and warm water. However, fabric paints and dyes are not washable. We will provide aprons or T-shirts to protect the kids' clothing.

    How far in advance do I need to book a party?

    Up to a week in advance. The final count of the number of kids and crafts should be provided one week prior to the party in order to ensure crafts and materials are available.

    Is gratuity included?

    Gratuity is not included in our pricing and is always appreciated!

    Do you provide tables and chairs?

    All of our packages come standard with table covers. We can also provide tables and chairs upon request. Please see our Services & Rentals section.

    What happens if I do not use all of the crafts that I requested?

    You will be charged for the full amount even if all crafts are not used since crafts are catered to your specific requested party package. Any unused crafts is yours to keep.

    Can the party package be curated to the party theme?

    Yes, simply let us know the theme of your party and we can present some ideas.

    What is your cancellation policy?

    We know how frustrating it can be to plan every detail of your party only to experience an extreme weather condition. Should you wish to postpone or cancel your party date for any reason, we do require 1 week notice ahead of the day, to avoid charges.
